C.Y. Strategy is a Veteran owned Maryland and Virginia based strategy consulting and development firm that provides measurable value creation to our clients.  We provide services to large, medium, and small commercial businesses, new ventures, and government organizations.  To help our clients optimize organizational results, our team brings extensive private sector, public sector, and start-up experience.

C. Y. Strategy was formed by Gregory Coleman and Benjamin Young while earning their MBAs at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.  They wanted to create a company that could deliver innovative ideas and practices that enhanced the mission effectiveness of clients and users through the application of emerging technologies.  They understood that what stakeholders expected was value creation and bottom-line results.  To help achieve this vision, they merged with Strategic Deployment Systems, Inc., which was an organization focused on the strategic use of information technology to accomplish goals and objectives.
